Ankaadia was founded in 2021 with the goal of automating and digitalising the labour migration process through software. It quickly became clear, however, that the true added value comes not only from efficiency, but from collaboration. Because successful migration is always teamwork – between agencies, employers, skilled workers, authorities and service providers.

Today, Ankaadia is much more than a tool: a networked platform that brings all participants together in a structured way and systematically accompanies the path of international skilled workers – from recruitment to successful integration and beyond.We now support all shortage occupations across all industries and are active not only in Germany but also in Austria as an immigration country.
